About Us

The World Durum and Pasta Forum

The first international event in Italy exclusively dedicated to the durum wheat and pasta markets.

Following the success of its first edition, the World Durum and Pasta Forum returns to Italy as the premier international event entirely focused on the durum wheat and pasta sectors.

Once again, over 350 international professionals from North America, Turkey, the European Union, North Africa, Kazakhstan, and the Black Sea region will gather in Rome for a unique event rich in content, connections, and global insights.

The Forum reaffirms its role as a key meeting point for all players in the supply chain: farmers, end users, traders, processing companies, large-scale retailers, brokers, and financial institutions.

Leading experts in the cereals sector, renowned pasta producers, millers, traders, and market analysts will discuss global trends, crop forecasts, risk management strategies, and future challenges for the industry.

The second edition of the World Durum and Pasta Forum will be an unmissable opportunity to:

  • explore the dynamics of the global durum wheat market;

  • receive exclusive updates on the latest harvests from the world’s leading producer countries;

  • discover innovations in pasta production and processing;

  • build strategic relationships with key players in the global industry.

Join us in Rome, the capital of pasta, for an event that blends tradition and innovation, vision and substance, offering unmatched international dialogue and business opportunities.

location

Palazzo Brancaccio

Palazzo Brancaccio is a magnificent building located on the Oppian Hill, overlooking Via Merulana. It is the last noble palace ever built in Rome. Constructed between 1886 and the early 1900s at the request of Mary Elizabeth Bradhurst Field, a wealthy lady of New York high society, the palace was designed by architects Gaetano Koch and Luca Carimini for her daughter—also named Elizabeth—and her husband, Prince Salvatore Brancaccio. Today, the palace preserves an artistic and cultural heritage of exceptional refinement: precious tapestries, porcelain, and crystalware; paintings and frescoes by prominent late 19th-century artists; and majestic original crystal chandeliers—all testifying to the splendor of an era marked by baroque classicism.
The first international event held in Italy and focused exclusively on the durum wheat and pasta markets
